Founder & Builder

Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast, Brett began his carpentry apprenticeship straight out of school and quickly worked his way up through the building industry. After supervising for some of the region’s leading construction companies and working across a range of trades, Brett discovered what truly lit him up—creating homes that are not only beautifully built but thoughtfully designed for modern living.

Driven by a love for quality craftsmanship and a passion for innovation, Brett founded Surfside Homes with one clear goal: to build stylish, functional homes that people genuinely love living in.

Known for his approachable nature, honesty, and unwavering work ethic, Brett builds strong, lasting relationships with every client. Operations Manager & Client Experience Lead

With a career rooted in administration and management within the building industry, it was a natural step for Erin to join Brett in launching Surfside Homes. Her passion for organisation, eye for detail, and love of design have made her an integral part of the business from the very beginning.

Erin leads our client experience—managing everything from social media to design selections. With a deep appreciation for architecture and interiors, she brings a thoughtful, practical eye to the decision-making process, helping clients create homes that are both beautiful and functional.

Whether she’s guiding you through tile choices, coordinating with our trusted trades, or putting together your dream mood board, Erin is your calm, capable go-to throughout the entire journey.
