We will help you design a home that suits your needs and lifestyle. We have an amazing network of designers that can assist with this process, and we will be there every step of the way.

Once you have your design locked in, we take care of the rest. Brett will present an all-inclusive quote and you can discuss every aspect until you’re happy with the final result before signing the build contract.

You’ll work closely with Erin and Brett, and this is where your vision starts to come to life, Erin has a passion for design & incredible knowledge on what’s currently trending in the design space.

We will take you to visit our amazing suppliers to make the selections for your home. We will offer as much assistance as you need throughout this process.

Once you have made your selections, we will provide you with a full list of the items you have chosen for your home, listing every internal and external selection in your build.

Brett and our amazing team of trades get started on your home, we manage this process from start to completion and you can trust that quality is front of mind when it comes to building your new home.

Once the frame has been completed, Brett will arrange an on-site meeting and walk-through to discuss the electricals and plumbing positioning. It also gives you the opportunity to ask any relevant questions so you can be confident in your dream home build.

You’re home! Your new dream home is complete, and we love celebrating handovers with our clients. On handover day, you’ll get the keys to your new home, all warranties and instruction manuals and a gift from us to say thank you, and congratulations.
