Director

Brett was born and raised here on the Sunshine Coast. He started his carpentry apprenticeship straight out of school and went on to supervise for other building companies.

From working his way through the industry with various trades and clients, he found his passion for building quality, innovative homes.

With passion and skill and determination, Brett started Surfside Homes, he wanted to build quality, stylish homes for people to love and enjoy living in. Brett takes time to provide personal service with a collaborative approach so the end result is something everyone can be proud of.

Brett creates strong bonds with his clients, he’s approachable, honest, and hardworking. With the dedicated team he has carefully curated, you’re in good hands with your new home.

Erin McManus

Operations Manager

Erin has worked in the administration & management side of the building industry throughout her career, so it’s a natural progression that when Brett started Surfside Homes, she would step into a similar role within the business.

Erin manages our social media and client selections. With an appreciation and passion for architecture and interior design, Erin assists in providing practical & functional suggestions to fit your design aesthetic, when making decisions for your home, she will be there to guide you through the process and meet with our amazing team of trades.
