As 2025 comes to an end, we can’t help but reflect on what an incredible year it’s been for Surfside Homes. From finishing some of our favourite custom builds to being recognised in the Master Builders Awards, this year has been filled with creativity, growth, and gratitude.

Every home we build is more than just bricks and timber — it’s a reflection of the families who call the Sunshine Coast home. And this year, we were lucky enough to work with some truly wonderful clients who trusted us to bring their visions to life.

We opened up our Design Studio  and dedicated office space to welcome clients in and show them a little taste of the quality that we produce each and every time we build.

If there’s one thing this year has shown us, it’s that building custom homes requires flexibility and foresight. Trade and material costs have continued to challenge the industry, but with careful planning and transparent communication, we’ve continued to deliver exceptional homes for our clients.

This year also reinforced the importance of early collaboration. When clients engage their builder, designer, and architect from the very beginning, the outcome is always smoother, smarter, and more cost-effective. Together, we’re able to design homes that look beautiful, function perfectly, and stay within budget.
