New house build moving ahead despite rain delays.

Starting Woody Point

Our Woody Point project has begun!  We had had a slight delayed start due to the weather, but the house has been knocked down and we have starting this stunning build.

We’ve been finalising selections with our client, tiles, cabinetry, fixtures and appliances have been chosen and we cannot wait to see this gorgeous project come together.

This home has been designed by Matt Bradley Designs and has so many amazing features to suit our client’s lifestyle.  We love building custom homes that really fit the needs of our clients.  This home features a massage room, mud room and even an elevator.

The site has been cleared, set out and slab poured.   Underground pipes are in and first and second story frames have gone up.  Things will start picking up now and it’s started to take shape.

The building industry has been significantly impacted by the rain we have experienced in Queensland, there have been delays to many sites, but we are back on site and making progress on this gorgeous build.

We cannot wait to show you all the progress of this one as its being built.
